Returns

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order although we hope that you will be! We accept returns postmarked within 15 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit. 

 

TO RETURN:

  • Please make sure your order meets our return conditions.

  • No authorization for return is needed! In your return please include your Order Number - this can be found on your email confirmation and printed receipt. Please also include the reason for your return. 

  • We do ask our Customers to cover the cost of their returns. All returns can be mailed to:

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.

  • You will receive your store credit via email. This store credit will be issued to the original email your purchase was made under.

  

 RETURN CONDITIONS:​

  • Pre-Orders are final sale.

  • Seasonal Graphics are final sale. 

  • Body Suits, Bralettes, Seasonal Graphics and accesories are final sale.

  • Items that are priced ending in .99 are FINAL sale.

  • For returns all original tags must be attached. 

  • Items that are defective and/or not in original condition will not be considered returned and you will not receive store credit for. In addition a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

 

FOOTWARE RETURNS:

  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

  • If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box during transit

  • If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept the return. Store credit will not be issued and shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you

 

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS:

  • Please email our Customer Service Team (orionsthread@gmail.com) within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right as soon as possible! 

  • We are not responsible for damages to items caused by improper care or handling. 

 

EXCHANGES:

  • Due to our inventory selling out quickly, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. 

  • You can return the unwanted item(s) and once you receive your store credit, you can use it towards another item of your choice from our website <3
